The Final Blog

Part One
I Think I Have A The Respectful And Ethical Minds. With Regards To The Respectful Mind, I Always Try To Hear Everyone's Story Before Making Any Kind Of Judgment. In Addition, I Am Always Trying To Get Along With Everyone. I Will Go Out Of My Way To Help A Person Out, And To Get To Know Them Better. I Also Think I Have The Ethical Mind Because I Think About The Society We Live In And Try To Figure Out Ways To Make It Better. I Think The Best Of People, So I Feel That We Should Come Together To Work Out Our Issues Camly, Instead Of Violent Methods.

Part Two
I Have Exemplified "See Others Points Of View, Challenge Their Own Beliefs, and Exhibit Respect For Others Viewpoints." I See Others Points Of View Almost Everyday Because I Am Around Some Very Opinionated People. Therefore, I Have To Listen To Their Ideas; I Agree With Some, And Others...Not So Much, But I Still See Their Points Of View And Respect Them. I Also Challenge My Own Beliefs. This Aspect Mainly Applies To Religion Because I Am Always Questioning It, And Wondering New Things. Then, I Also Respect Others View Points. I Believe Everyone Is Entitled To His Or Her Opinion, So I Will Respect It, Even If I Do Not Necessisarily Agree. I Do This So Much That I Change My Own Opinion To Match The Other.
Part Three
With Blogging I Learned Many Things. I Learned That There Is A Lot I Can Do With A Blog. For Instance, Adding "Gadgets" And Changing The Templates, And Putting YOur Own Twist To The Page. It WAs A Little Difficult For Me To Get Into Bloging In General Because I Had Never Blogged Before, But After This I Have Found It Enjoyable.

Insomnia At Work

I chose the topic of insomnia for this project because I have had my share of sleepless nights and wanted to learn more about the topic. This year I have noticed I have pulled so many more "all-nighters" than ever before. I think I has to do with balancing school work, a job, friends, and family. I find my self staying awake all night. I would have some homework that would take me a few hours to complete and before I knew it, it was midnight. It was like once I would stay awake past a certain point, sleep was out of the question. But good things did come out of it. I finished all my homework, I cleaned, and got other chores done. However, the morning did bring about some repercussions. For instance, I was obviously tired and was sometimes disgruntled. Then, I would always catch up on the sleep by sleeping the next day away.

Insomnia Hits Hollywood

Most, if not all, have heard of the chilling story of A Nightmare on Elm Street. In this story, teenagers are plagued by an assailant in their sleep. The fiend, Freddy Krueger, begins to murder them in while they try to sleep. As a result the remaining characters try to stay awake all night to avoid Freddy. This plan ultimately backfires when they begin to suffer from insomnia, and they begin to dream while they are awake. This film, while fictional, does have some truth to it about the effects of insomnia. If one stays awake too long, hallucinations can be a side-effect. Other side effects are lack of attention, becoming dizzy, and can be very irritable and get angry for no reason.
